Using SAP Cloud for Sales, ContiTech CBG can deliver rich data and insights that empower its sales team to connect with customers anywhere, anytime, on any device and deliver a differentiated experience.
The CBG business unit of ContiTech concentrates on conveyor-belt technology solutions and advises customers all over the world. With many of its customers operating in remote locations, CBG’s sales force must be able to connect to back-office applications via mobile devices. And to ensure flawless execution of its global sales processes, the company also needs a flexible cloud solution to which it can link seamlessly and extend its existing processes, platforms and mobile architectures.
