arcplan, independent provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions, has entered into a partnership with Braincourt, which has developed a new user interface based on arcplan Enterprise for the BI component Integrated Planning (IP) from SAP.
The interface is suitable for all companies that deploy SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse. IP is a planning tool for different planning scenarios, which employees work with to create flexible planning models and graphics. arcplan uses data from SAP software, such as logistics information, metadata, and authorizations.
CIBER Germany: SAP at mail order company OTTO Office
The mail order company for office supplies OTTO Office, based in Hamburg, Germany, is set to manage its retailing and accounting activities with an SAP ERP application. The main areas affected will be materials management, sales and distribution, financials, and controlling. The new software will be implemented step-by-step in accounting and procurement, sales, marketing, and logistics. The estimated project duration is three years, and the partner is Heidelberg-headquartered CIBER Germany.
