Lakshman Pachineela Seshadri Chief Consultant, Services Innovation, SAP Consulting

Lakshman “Lucky” Pachineela Seshadri, Chief Consultant, Services Innovation, SAP, is driving Software Solutions and Services Innovation projects with Design Thinking for SAP globally, Social Change projects and a start-up mentor in India.

Lakshman is one of the founding team members of SAP India, where he built the pre-sales and consulting organization. He also co-founded SAP Global Delivery and was responsible for its operations.

Later he ran several strategic projects for SAP Consulting globally, and was the Head of Innovation at SAP Global Delivery prior to his current role.

Prior to SAP, Lakshman held leadership business roles at IBM Global Services, India and Digital Equipment Corporation (India). He is widely traveled and has led large and complex IT and non-IT projects across many countries.

Lakshman is the visiting faculty at the School of Design Thinking, Hasso Plattner Institute, Potsdam, Germany. He teaches Business & IT-Strategy, Enterprise Systems, Strategy and Innovation at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore & Calicut, and Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai.  Lakshman earned his Master’s degree in Technology from Anna University, India.
