Luke Marson is Chief Cloud HCM Architect at Hula Partners, an experienced SAP and SuccessFactors implementation partner, where he is responsible for the SuccessFactors business. An experienced solution architect and widely-recognized expert in SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM, he provides end-to-end HR and HR technology strategy, advisory, assessments, roadmaps, transformation, optimization, and implementation services for large, global enterprise customers. Luke has proven expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrating SuccessFactors with SAP ERP HCM, as well as working with customers on assessing cloud migration and building adoption roadmaps and strategies. He has completed over 13 SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors integration engagements to-date.
Luke is a Certified Professional in SuccessFactors Employee Central and co-author of the SAP Press books SuccessFactors with SAP ERP HCM (Dec 2014) and SuccessFactors Employee Central: The Comprehensive Guide (Dec 2015) and contributed to Talent Management with SAP ERP HCM. He has worked on HR technology, process, and transformation projects with over 40 customers of various sizes in North and Central America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia in different industries and sectors including Public Sector, Defense, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Multimedia, Telecommunications, Publishing, FMCG, and Retail. His largest customer is over 240,000 employees.

In addition, he is part of SAP’s SAP Mentor initiative of industry experts, analysts, and bloggers.
