Matt Healey is a principal analyst in TBR’s Software Practice, focusing on customer buying behavior, enterprise software markets and IT services. He leads TBR’s SourceIT program, a groundbreaking research initiative that analyzes customer buying behavior by vertical industry.
He manages various engagements across TBR’s Software Practice, directing research that delivers valuable insights into customer behavior in competitive markets. His expertise and insight into vendor strategy enables the software team to deliver on highly analytical consulting engagements and maximize efficiency and revenue for vendors.
Matt is a key contributor to TBR’s Corporate IT Buying Behavior & Customer Satisfaction Study: Services & Support research. He has spoken at industry events such as CES and Interop, and is frequently quoted by media outlets and interviewed for Channel NewsAsia.
Prior to joining TBR, Matt was based in Singapore and tracked the software and services markets across Asia. He has held a variety of IT analyst positions and built a considerable knowledge base around vendors’ ongoing support services strategies.
Matt holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
