Pamela Weiss Founder, Appropriate Response
Pamela Weiss is an executive coach and mindfulness meditation teacher. She is the founder of Appropriate Response and creator of the award-winning Personal Excellence Program (PEP), ten-month a human development process offered to hundreds of leaders around the globe.
Pamela has worked with dozens of executives, managers and teams within a wide variety of corporate and non-profit organizations, including: Genentech, Roche, Pixar, Oracle, Salesforce.com, the Metta Institute and the Center for Executive Development at UC Berkeley.
She is a Buddhist practitioner and teacher for over 25 years, currently teaching through San Francisco Insight and Spirit Rock Meditation Center, where she is on the teaching team for the Community Dharma Leader program.
