Ravin Jesuthasan is the global practice leader of Towers Watson’s Talent Management Practice. He is a Managing Director of the firm and is based in the Chicago office. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of workforce and people systems that align with an organization’s strategic drivers and the creation of shareholder value. He has also led numerous large-scale, global restructuring and transformation engagements for his clients. Ravin has published numerous articles and led several global research efforts on the topics of measurement and analytics, human capital management, rewards, labor cost optimization and talent management.

As a recognized global thought leader, he has been a featured speaker on these subjects at conferences in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
