Richard Edwards is a principal analyst at Ovum, established his reputation as a research analyst in 2003. Richard has over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry across a range of industry sectors, including pharma, finance, and engineering. Prior to becoming an analyst, Richard was a technology management consultant with Capgemini, advising multinational clients on matters relating to enterprise content management and knowledge worker strategy. Richard’s deep understanding of corporate ICT issues were developed while working as a technical consultant for the IT services division of a large international manufacturing company.
