Tina Marron-Partridge is the worldwide leader for IBM Global Business Services Talent and Engagement — a forward-thinking team of over 4,500 global practitioners focused on solutions and services that enable leading enterprises to leverage cognitive computing, advanced analytics and behavioral science to create the optimal culture for employee engagement and business performance. Tina leads business consulting and operational process services covering talent, HR, recruitment, talent development, analytics services, cloud services, learning, and digital transformation which includes contemporary business strategy and change management to assure the business value of transformational change.
An active thought leader and C-suite advisor, Tina’s passion is helping top-level executives understand the critical need to digitally reinvent their enterprises. She has a passion for the creation of great employee experience at work and how this delivers business results. She is focused now on a range of ways cognitive capabilities can transforming HR.

Prior to Tina’s current role she led Business Strategy & Analytics Consulting for IBM in Europe. Her business expertise spans clients across multiple industries and with businesses around the globe. She started her consulting career with PwC Consulting. Tina grew up in Ireland and now lives in East Sussex, UK with her family.
