SAP Success Factors Provides Full Staff Skills Visibility, Supporting Egyptian Steel’s Expansion Strategy

Egyptian Steel signed an agreement with enterprise software company SAP to guide its expansion plans and support talent development.
Egyptian Steel will deploy SAP Success Factors, one of the latest and most advanced talent management solutions. As a result, Egyptian Steel will have a comprehensive view of employee skills, and support human resources management innovation for enhancing business.
Ahmed Abou Hashima, Chairman and CEO, Egyptian Steel, and Amr Ghoneim, Managing Director, SAP North Africa and Levant, signed the agreement at Egyptian Steel’s Cairo headquarters.
