ASUG is an independent community of American SAP customers. One of its main tasks is to influence and shape SAP solutions by providing access to SAP experts and executives. ASUG’s Board of Directors has appointed Bridgette Chambers as the organization’s new CEO. Chambers has been involved with ASUG at regional and national levels for a long time, and will now represent the interests of all SAP customers throughout North America.

Bridgette Chambers brings to the position more than 20 years of professional experience in the service sector and in IT solutions. At Spherion Professional Services and Robert Half International Consulting Services, she spent many years improving underperforming markets and building strong customer relationships. Before joining ASUG, she held the position of CEO at management and technology consultancy Voile Enterprises.

Prior to her tenure at Voile, Chambers served as Vice President of Enterprise Business Solutions at Comsys, where she was responsible for the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence, and Analytics divisions. One of her achievements there involved negotiating the first VAR agreement in the history of Comsys with SAS, the largest independent business intelligence vendor. Chambers also played a key role in strengthening cooperation with SAP, resulting in Comsys’ acquisition of Gold Partner status in 2007. Her focus on strategic partners and customer service contributed to her division doubling revenue between 2005 and 2007.

Bridgette Chambers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Houston, and an MBA from Texas A&M University. She also served in the United States Army Reserves and the Texas Army National Guard. As ASUG’s new CEO, she has vowed to work with the Board of Directors to devise a long-term strategy enabling the SAP community to grow further.
