RSM McGladrey Adds SAP Business One to Its Technology Consulting Product Line

The agreement between the two companies provides continuity to a relationship begun in 2003 when American Express Tax and Business Services served as a key partner in the launch of SAP Business One in the US. RSM McGladrey is adding SAP Business One to its portfolio of ERP software solutions, which includes solutions from Microsoft and Sage to offer its clients the widest range of middle-market focused products of any major value-added reseller in the United States. “We intend to focus our SAP Business One activities in distribution, retail and manufacturing as part of our vertical industry strategy,” said Stan Mork, National Director of Information Technology Consulting at RSM McGladrey. “We believe SAP Business One offers a strong value proposition to our small and midsized clients and also presents significant opportunities with subsidiaries of large companies.”
Following the rollout of SAP Business One to the Central Plains (Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri) and Upper Midwest (Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Dakotas) regions, RSM McGladrey intends to add SAP Business One capabilities to other markets in 2006 and 2007. “We are pleased to build on the relationship begun with American Express Tax and Business Services by working in partnership with RSM McGladrey, a well respected provider of business solutions to small and midsize businesses,” said Dan Kraus, vice president, SAP Business One, SAP America, Inc. “We are actively engaged in working with RSM across their various focused regions to deliver SAP Business One and are thrilled to have them as part of the SAP network.” RSM McGladrey’s Information Technology consulting practice provides business application software planning, evaluation, implementation, training and support services to midsized organizations throughout the United States.
