Every year, the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) picks out the best company media from the world of print, video, and Web. Its Spotlight Award is one of the most important corporate communications accolades in the world.
At this year’s ceremony, SAP.info won the platinum Spotlight Award. Amid stiff competition – with more than 1,000 entries – the online portal for the SAP community ranked seventh overall. SAP.info was given a full makeover only recently, and now has a completely revamped user interface.
SAP’s other three corporate media publications had their great accomplishments recognized at the award ceremony as well. The downloadable customer magazine SAP Spectrum also received the platinum Spotlight Award, SAP’s employee magazine SAP World won gold, and the SAP Spectrum special edition, which is published twice a year, garnered silver.
It turned out to be a proud night for SAP’s entire corporate communications family. SAP is supported by its communications partner grasundsterne, a Munich-based agency for advertising and corporate publishing, which contributes creative and editorial input to SAP.info, SAP SPECTRUM, and SAP World.
And the success story continues: SAP.info and the SAP SPECTRUM special edition also reached the finals of the Custom Publishing Council’s Pearl Awards. The winners will be announced next week at the Pearl Awards Celebration in New York – and SAP.info will be reporting live from the event.
