SAP Launches €1.5 billion Five Year Revolving Credit Facility (Webmessage)

WALLDORFSAP AG (NYSE: SAP) has announced today that it has mandated Commerzbank AG, Deutsche Bank AG, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners of a €1.5 billion five year Revolving Credit Facility (the “Facility”).

The Facility, which will represent the core relationship banking facility for the Company, refinances SAP’s existing €1.5 billion revolving credit facility signed in September 2009 and may be used for general corporate purposes. SAP does not intend to draw upon the facility at the present time.

Syndication will be launched on November 18, 2010.
