SAP to Showcase Agile Workforce Innovation at HR Tech World Conferences

LONDONSAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that it will be a Diamond sponsor for HRN’s 2017 HR Tech World conference series.

The events, taking place in London, San Francisco and Amsterdam, offer compelling programs and networking to help HR professionals successfully achieve digital transformation and position themselves as strategic partners within their business.

Each of the events — HR Tech World London (March 21–22), HR Tech World San Francisco (June 14–15) and HR Tech World Amsterdam (October 24–25) — gathers the greatest minds and innovators driving the future of work to share insights on utilizing the latest HR technologies and strategies for business success.

    Thomas Otter, group vice president of Product Management at SAP SuccessFactors, and Simon Bouchez, CEO of Multiposting (an SAP company), will discuss how SAP’s partnership with Apple on mobile design is transforming employee self-service; how SAP’s acquisition of online recruitment company Multiposting has strengthened the SAP SuccessFactors product portfolio; and how SAP SuccessFactors solutions are helping businesses overcome the challenge of unconscious bias in the workplace.
  • Customer Presentation: Improving the Delivery of People Management
    Tuesday, March 21, 2:30–2:50 p.m.
    Dave Nuttall, head of HR Strategy and Planning at BAE Systems, who has played a leading role in the company’s HR transformation journey over the last four years, will discuss the highlights and lessons learned from the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and how the company used the cloud-based technologies to achieve a successful HR transformation.
  • Customer Presentation: Don’t Blink. Taking Serco’s Recruitment into the 21st Century
    Tuesday, March 21, 2:30–2:50 p.m.
    Phil Clarke, director of Global Recruitment at Serco, will discuss how Serco has transformed the way it recruits in the last five years. Through company growth, public crisis and the hiring of a completely new executive team, the Serco resourcing transformation story is one of maximizing limited investment and ensuring that the resourcing strategy has an unbreakable link to the business and people strategy. Clarke will highlight the key transformation items of technology, brand and tools that make a 21st century recruitment function.
