Turning Data Into Competitive Advantage

The democratization of technologies such as cloud, mobile and big data is helping emerging businesses respond to new demands, better interact with their customers, while staying hyper connected. Continuous engagement, responsiveness and more personalized customer service, are just a few of the ways in which the emerging businesses of today are benefiting from innovation to meet ever more complex customer demands, often better and faster than their larger peers.

According to a recent survey titled SMEs: Equipped to Compete conducted by Oxford Economics, 64% of small to midsize enterprises (SMEs) see transformation as a necessity to stay ahead of competition. These businesses define transformation as a major change in the business model that is led by technology, and see it as a way to get closer to customers in a deeply personal manner.
