Utilities Modernize Customer Experience With SAP

WALLDORF — Delivering an exceptional customer experience is key to improving service and agility in the utility industry.   1. Absolutely agree. This is even more powerful when Customer Satisfaction, Cross Channel Integration and Process Simplification drive a Transformation Programme that is enabled by SAP Utilities and Service Oriented Architecture.
