In future, SAP and T-Systems intend to intensify their joint presence with customers. To that end, the two companies agreed on numerous measures aimed at achieving a closer exchange and including joint sales and marketing activities. The partnership with SAP opens up new business opportunities in customer relationship management for T-Systems. “Good cooperation with this globally prestigious firm is often a critical decision-making criterion when our customers award projects,” said Winfried Hebborn, SAP Partner Manager at T-Systems. “So the partnership strengthens our competitiveness.“
T-Systems already ranks among the leading providers of IT services on the German CRM market, according to a study by Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC). Besides the Special Expertise Partnership for mySAP CRM, SAP also has partnerships for SAP for Automotive, SAP for Insurance, SAP for Public Sector and for the metal, paper and pulp industries. At the same time, T-Systems is the largest SAP service provider in Germany. Some 2,500 SAP consultants and application managers, 500 technical staff and 300 SAP administrators operate and monitor the outsourced SAP systems from major companies such as Henkel, Deutsche Telekom and Bahlsen. And for the state of Baden-Württemberg, T-Systems is hosting full-service operations for over 5,000 users.
