Tigaraksa Satria Implements mySAP Business Suite

During the go-live ceremony, Sianne Widjaya, Project Manager, TRS, said, “The company’s go-live date was one month ahead of schedule, thanks to the hard work of the entire team and high dedication from the board of directors.” Elvie Mulia, the Director of Operations, TRS, added, “The SAP implementation was done smoothly and did not affect the day-to-day operations of TRS. This is an achievement that all of us take pride in.”
Anton A. Mashur, the president director of TRS, explained that the SAP implementation is part of the company’s strategic move to achieve its vision in becoming a distribution company “par excellence” with the most sophisticated information system in Indonesia. With SAP, TRS expects to see a considerable improvement in efficiency. Edi Sutisna, Project Manager of TRS estimates that efficiencies will be seen in time savings of four to six hours per day in the delivery of goods to the warehouse, and 30 percent savings of warehouse space usage.
With the wide functionality of mySAP Business Suite, TRS can now easily monitor in real-time which products have been sold in its key outlets and which products are the most profitable. Such accuracy will serve as useful information for the board of directors and the sales team to plan their strategy for the future. After the success of the first go-live of phase one, TRS looks forward to the same results for their second phase SAP implementation for TRS’ branches in Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi scheduled in September this year. PT Integrasi Mitra Ciptakarya, an SAP’s Certified Implementation Partners, was the appointed consultant who completed the project well ahead of schedule.
