The new F-IT MOVES solution will support the whole range of ERC Ingolstadt’s business management processes. The club will use it to electronically handle its financial accounting and to introduce a comprehensive controlling system. The software can generate numerous reports for finance and accounting, while also introducing transparent business structures that will help to significantly improve the efficiency of managing the club.
The ice hockey club will also profit from integrated customer relationship management (CRM). F-IT’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC) enables all information on members, fans, sponsors, as well as ticket and merchandising purchasers to be captured and evaluated within a central database. This will allow ERC Ingolstadt to benefit from the marketing as well as address and client management potential which this information represents. Among other improvements, the club will be able to answer customer queries more quickly, increase bookings for the eight VIP booths and two VIP areas, and launch targeted marketing initiatives for ticket and merchandising sales. The CTS Eventim ticket system is also integrated into the ERP and CRM solution, meaning the club will enjoy the benefits of a fully integrated application.
As a full-service IT provider, F-IT will design a professional infrastructure while also introducing and operating the F-IT MOVES solution.
