TDS has more than 30 years’ experience in deliverin HR services – and numerous references from mid-size and large enterprises alike. In addition, the service provider has proven expertise in managing SAP applications. It was these qualities that won TDS a contract with o2 for an initial term of three years, despite bids from 14 rival companies. Until now, different companies have been responsible for payroll accounting for employees and retirees, and for operation of the SAP application at o2 Germany. From July, TDS will deliver a one-stop solution for payroll accounting on the basis of mySAP ERP HCM, including application operation.

And that meant they were able to provide us with made-to-measure solutions.”
