Innovative Billing and Revenue Management from SAP Accelerates Order-to-Cash Processes


WALLDORF — SAP today announced the release of the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management rapid-deployment solution. The solution simplifies and accelerates the implementation of a complete set of order-to-cash business processes. It will enable telcos and high tech service providers to automate key processes, streamline and more effectively manage their relationships with customers and partners.

The rapid-deployment solution is a combination of software, pre-configured content and predefined services specifically tailored for communications service providers. The solution covers six end-to-end business processes: customer and contract creation, usage charging, billing and invoicing, and account termination for both pre- and post-paid services.

Generally available today, the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management rapid-deployment solution is delivered with low upfront cost thanks to fixed-price and time-frame implementation services that mitigate financial risk and uncertainty. With this solution, communications service providers are able to quickly create and launch new offers, enjoy a 360-degree view of the customer, automate control the order capture and billing chain, calculate and report revenue share items with partners.
