SAP Co-CEO Bill McDermott recently appeared on “Fox Business,” weighing in on automatic spending cuts and the roles of social and ‘real-time’ in government. McDermott discussed how difficult times present great opportunities for companies that remain calm, and how it is vital for government to stay on top of developments in social networking so that they can keep their finger on the pulse of what their constituents want.
