WALLDORF — SAP AG today announced that it has been positioned by Gartner Inc. in the leaders quadrants of both the “Magic Quadrant for Data Quality (DQ) Tools”i and the “Magic Quadrant for Data Integration (DI) Tools”ii reports for 2013. SAP earned industry leadership recognition in these reports for its “ability to execute” and its “completeness of vision.” The evaluations mark the company’s eighth consecutive year as a category leader in the Magic Quadrant for DQ and its sixth annual leader placement in the Magic Quadrant for DI.

They exhibit a clear understanding and vision of where the market is headed, including recognition of noncustomer data quality issues and delivery of enterprise-level data quality implementations. Leaders have an established market presence, significant size and a multinational presence (directly or as a result of a parent company).”
“SAP continues to deliver innovative solutions that enable companies of any size to proactively govern their data, and we believe these Gartner MQ results further affirm our continued momentum and leadership in this space,” said Byron Banks, vice president, Enterprise Information Management, SAP. “Our solutions help ensure trust in the relevance and accuracy of all enterprise and Big Data sources which is the foundation of every valued analytic application and responsive business process.”
