WALLDORF — SAP SE today announced that it has been positioned by independent analyst firm Gartner, Inc in the leaders quadrant of the “Magic Quadrant for Mobile Application Development Platforms (MADP)” 2014 report*. This leadership positioning is based on an evaluation of completeness of vision and ability to execute.

“The integration of the SAP Cloud portfolio, SAP HANA platform and mobile allows companies to develop apps for both businesses and consumers. With this strategy, we are able to offer an end-to-end mobile solution in the cloud and/or on premise,” said Rick Costanzo, executive vice president and general manager of Global Mobility Solutions, SAP. “With our early foray into the mobile market, co-innovation with customers and with over 17 years of experience, SAP has been a highly established leader for years.”
