LAS VEGAS — SuccessFactors, an SAP SE company, today announced details about SuccessConnect 2014, the premier event for human resources (HR) professionals. Set to take place September 9–11 at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, SuccessConnect 2014 will bring together industry thought leaders, customers, technology partners and solution experts to explore how to attract and engage tomorrow’s top workforce talent with cutting-edge HR technology and strategies.

    Mike Ettling, president of Cloud & On-Premise HR at SAP, kicks off SuccessConnect 2014 with a view of what’s happening in business today; what HR must do to keep pace with a highly mobile, increasingly global, multigenerational workforce; and what role HR, supported with the right technology, can play in delivering the business outcomes on which you measure your success as a company. Executives from The Timken Company, Brookshire Grocery Company and the HR department at SAP will join Ettling onstage to discuss how they helped drive improved business execution by leveraging human capital management (HCM) solutions from SuccessFactors.

    Afternoon General Session with Peter Sheahan – “Transforming the Way Organizations Work”

Sheahan has worked with hundreds of thousands of members of the Generation Y and Generation Z every year.     General Keynote & Panel – “Workforce 2020: Building a Strategic Workforce for the Future”
