Chief Technology Officer Quentin Clark has been named a member of the Global Managing Board of SAP SE effective July 15.

Clark will continue to report to Bernd Leukert, Executive Board Member of SAP SE, Products & Innovation. Since joining SAP in late 2014 from Microsoft, Clark has contributed extensively to position SAP as a cloud platform leader through his exceptional expertise and leadership in this area. Appointing Clark to the Global Managing Board further underscores SAP’s commitment to the role of the platform in SAP’s future and its contribution to the success of the company’s business network and applications.
