Names SAP a 2016 Top Workplace

This week, SAP was recognized as a 2016 Top Workplace by We placed eighth on the list. This is the ninth award SAP has received recognizing us as an employer of choice in 2016 across the U.S. and Canada.

Top Workplace awards are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. With a focus on workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, SAP employees who responded to the survey indicated SAP is their employer of choice.

This is a celebration of SAP, our people, our culture, and all of the programs we have in place to create a positive, inclusive and growth-oriented workplace. Our Newtown Square employees gave stellar feedback on their experiences. They feel empowered to innovate. They feel connected to our strategy, to our leadership team, and to the work they are doing. As head of HR in North America, it’s my belief that our people and our innovative technology makes SAP the powerhouse it is in the market. It’s important and encouraging to know our people not only love the culture, but also feel confident in our strategy and direction. Every day, we look for opportunities to further enrich the career experiences of all of our employees. Awards like this inspire and challenge us to find new and leading edge ways to attract, develop and engage people. This award also helps bolster SAP’s profile in the Philadelphia region, and beyond.
