Starting on April 20, access to legacy applications through the SAP Support Portal will be replaced by new applications, available only through the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Applications that have replacement functions in the new SAP ONE Support Launchpad will no longer be accessible from the SAP Support Portal. Traditional support applications that do not yet have an equivalent replacement (e.g. Run Authorizations Reports or Remote Connections), will continue to be accessible in the SAP Support Portal.
