The SAP Support Portal newsletter has been a familiar item in your mailbox for many years. By listing updates about your incidents and important SAP Notes, it mitigated a shortcoming of the old SAP support application landscape: its many distributed inboxes, the lack of one central interface that provided an at-a-glance overview of everything that’s relevant to you.

Remember the days when it used to be part of your daily routine to check all these inboxes? Your incidents, relevant SAP HotNews, SAP TopNotes, SAP Legal Change and Security Notes? With the recent go-live of the SAP ONE Support Launchpad, this has finally become a thing of the past.

The launchpad provides a single access point to support resources – like the ones accumulated in the newsletter, but also updates about license key requests, newly registered user IDs and more. Much more, in fact, than what had ever been listed in the SAP Support Portal newsletter!

As a result, this newsletter will be discontinued. In the near future, it will be replaced by a new, more targeted notifications format. Stay tuned for more information, coming soon!
