The SAP ONE Support Launchpad now features additional fields, e.g. for your mobile phone number.
Ensuring your contact details are correct and up-to-date is important not only for you, but for SAP as well. By maintaining your e-mail address and phone numbers associated with your S-user ID, you will be able to benefit from many features:
- When reporting an incident, SAP support can easily reach out to you with additional questions, thus speeding up the problem resolution.
- You can easily subscribe to the future notification service, currently in development, but already live for legal change announcements, with a single mouse-click.
In addition, the SAP ONE Support Launchpad now features additional fields, e.g. for your mobile phone number. Have you checked that your contact information was entered correctly?
So what do you need to do? It’s easy!
- Log in to the SAP ONE Support Launchpad and review your personal profile information.
- If everything is correct, that’s it! You are done!
- If anything is incorrect or missing, click the Edit link, make the necessary adjustments, and click Save.
