In order to offer you a great support experience, we’ve restructured content and navigation based on customer feedback.
What’s not changing?
The SAP ONE Support Launchpad will not change as part of the SAP Support Portal redesign – and you can still access it easily through the SAP Support Portal.
The new SAP Support Portal and the older version of the site will run in parallel until April 26th, 2017. On April 26th the new portal will permanently move to http://support.sap.com and the older portal will be inaccessible.
Start using the new preview site today, and on March 31st, take advantage of the fully redesigned SAP Support Portal.
