    Tuesday, March 21, 2:30–2:50 p.m.
    Dave Nuttall, head of HR Strategy and Planning at BAE Systems, who has played a leading role in the company’s HR transformation journey over the last four years, will discuss the highlights and lessons learned from the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and how the company used the cloud-based technologies to achieve a successful HR transformation.
  • Customer Presentation: Don’t Blink. Taking Serco’s Recruitment into the 21st Century
    Tuesday, March 21, 2:30–2:50 p.m.
    Phil Clarke, director of Global Recruitment at Serco, will discuss how Serco has transformed the way it recruits in the last five years. Through company growth, public crisis and the hiring of a completely new executive team, the Serco resourcing transformation story is one of maximizing limited investment and ensuring that the resourcing strategy has an unbreakable link to the business and people strategy.
