LONDON — Tamara Lohan, co-founder and chief technology officer of luxury boutique hotel travel club Mr & Mrs Smith, will deliver the Women in Leadership Luncheon keynote at SAP’s SuccessConnect in London 2017, the premier event for human resources (HR) professionals.
The world’s leading HR professionals will gather June 12–14 at the ExCel London to explore the critical role human capital management (HCM) solutions and innovative technologies play in helping develop new ways to deliver HR services to a workforce that demands a digital experience. SuccessConnect will bring together thousands of the world’s leading HR executives, professionals and influencers to explore how cutting-edge cloud-based HCM solutions are transforming the role of HR, and the people experience, in the digital economy.
With husband James, Tamara Lohan in 2002 founded Mr & Mrs Smith, which has grown to represent more than 1,000 boutique and luxury hotels today. Lohan has been honored with a Member of the Order of the British Empire award for her services to the travel industry.
“Tamara has built a vibrant and globally recognizable business from the ground up, and has spearheaded the development of a diverse and inclusive culture that brings the best out of employees,” said Mike Ettling, president of SAP SuccessFactors.* “Despite being at the forefront of a quickly developing company, Tamara has never lost her passion for supporting women in technology and building an inspiring place for people to work. These are the types of conversations we look forward to bringing you at SuccessConnect.”
Lohan will share her experience as a high-growth startup entrepreneur solving problems with technology, creating an inclusive organization that favors impact over all else, and shattering the glass ceiling as a way of doing business.
The keynote will take place on Wednesday, June 14, from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. BST.
