Millennials already make up over 50 percent of today’s workforce; they are quickly moving up the leadership ranks and are heading toward making up 75 percent of the workforce by 2025. While they want what most of us expect — good pay, good company, good boss — the impact, or the “millennial effect” of their role in the workplace, has changed our expectations — how we manage people, what technologies we invest in and how we ensure we are providing the experiences people demand today. Nearly 20 percent of executives are now millennials, and they are impatient for change and instrumental in leading digital transformation. Hear directly from millennial superstars from Jaguar Land Rover, Coca-Cola European Partners, Mercer and Multiposting in this lively discussion, hosted by SAP’s own Thandi Majola.
