WALLDORF — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that SAP SuccessFactors* has strengthened its leadership team with two industry veterans who will drive innovation and help customers put people at the heart of digital HR transformation and maximize each employee’s unique potential.

Amy Wilson joins SAP SuccessFactors as global head of Product. Wilson was most recently with Workday where she oversaw product and was responsible for implementing strategy and management processes for the human capital management (HCM) portfolio. Prior to Workday, she was vice president and principal analyst of people management technologies at leading consulting firm Constellation Research Group. She also is a veteran of Oracle, where she oversaw its human capital management cloud talent applications. Wilson will bring her experience and foresight in developing a valuable and cohesive HCM suite and will be responsible for the creation and management of solutions.

James Harvey has been appointed as global head of Engineering and Service Delivery Operations. He joins from CA Technologies where he was general manager and senior vice president responsible for IT business management. Prior to CA, he was vice president and general manager of talent management products at Taleo. In his new role, Harvey will be responsible for ensuring the continued excellence of the wide range of SAP® SuccessFactors® HCM solutions and partnering with customers to provide engaging and integrated cloud-first HR infrastructures.
