To take a deeper look at the momentum of SAP S/4HANA, we engaged with IDC to survey more than 300 SAP customers in nine countries and conduct interviews with organizations live with SAP S/4HANA. - Customers live with or planning to deploy SAP S/4HANA identified three key business drivers: real-time access to information, improved employee productivity, and reduced costs
Beyond the business benefits, IDC interviews with deployed SAP S/4HANA customers revealed that, on the scale from heavy customization to no customization, they are leaning toward zero or near-zero customization. And SAP customers are using SAP S/4HANA throughout their business. Finally, while additional skills may be required, the need for training is minimized by the use of the SAP Fiori user experience, which leverages universally familiar, consumer-grade digital interactions.
