Password Policy for SAP Support Portal and SAP ONE Support Launchpad to Change

Starting November 4, 2017, you may choose a more complex, safer password for SAP Support Portal and SAP ONE Support Launchpad.

It must be at least 8 characters long and include three of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, symbols. The restriction to use a password with exactly 8 characters will be lifted. Learn more.
