SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that Foxconn European Manufacturing Services has selected SAP SuccessFactors solutions for human capital management (HCM) to support its digital workforce strategy.
Foxconn chose to transition its on-premise SAP ERP HCM solution to the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite to take advantage of cloud-based innovation to digitalize HR delivery and better align talent strategically to the business.
Based in the Czech Republic, Foxconn European Manufacturing Services provides strategic services in warranty and postwarranty servicing, logistics and project management. Foxconn is a recognized global leader in providing complete IT solutions for consumer electronics production. Foxconn Europe selected the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite, including the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution, to help it build a shared service organization for HR and for its global and consumer-grade mobile capabilities, which will help the company meet the expectations of today’s digital workforce. The integrated talent suite — comprising recruiting, onboarding, performance and goals, compensation, learning, and succession and development — is expected to boost productivity and engagement among its 4,400 employees. Further, Foxconn expects the leading HCM solutions to support its efforts in complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
