Winners are chosen based on feedback provided by the people that really matter: the customers. To qualify, a company’s products must have received more than 100 reviews between January 7, 2017 to January 7, 2018, with all reviews going through a very thorough validation process to ensure authenticity. A company’s ranking is determined through a complex scoring methodology that incorporates things like customer satisfaction, market presence, number of employees, reviews, web presence, social presence, growth, vendor age and employee satisfaction.
