At this year’s SuccessConnect event in Berlin, we’ll be focusing on helping companies achieve their missions to foster greater diversity and inclusion.
I’m thrilled that inspirational speaker Ali Mahlodji, co-founder, chief visionary and chief storyteller of internationally acclaimed online video platform WHATCHADO.COM, which functions as a manual for life stories and jobs, will join us in discussing this important topic. In our session on June 20, “The Power Lunch – Leadership Strategies to Empower the Diverse Workforce of The Future,” Ali and I will share advice for organizations who are passionate about cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
As a European Youth Ambassador and EU Ambassador for the New Narrative, Ali understands the importance of nurturing talent from all walks of life. Born in Tehran in 1981, Ali and his family fled to Austria when he was two years old. Ali then went on to drop out of school at age 18, but finished university years later and earned a degree in IT.
Today, Ali is in his mid-thirties and can count more than 40 jobs he has held. From being a construction worker to a pharmacist’s assistant, he is now a multiple award winning co-founder. In his daily work, Ali consults executives on leadership and lectures at universities. He is passionate about starting new ventures and helping people find their calling.
Ali’s unique journey and his philosophy on the importance of igniting passion at work is truly inspiring. Like Ali, SAP SuccessFactors is committed to helping employees discover their purpose and embrace their unique talents at work.
If you’re attending SuccessConnect, don’t miss out on hearing from Ali at The Power Lunch on June 20! Note that seating is limited.
