BERLIN — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced the launch of candidate relationship management capabilities as part of its SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution. With this announcement made at the SuccessConnect event taking place June 18–20 at CityCube Berlin, SAP continues to set the bar for recruiting in its strategy to build the most comprehensive global talent acquisition and engagement solution on the market.
Securing the best talent is critical for any organization to maintain a competitive edge. The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution, now with embedded candidate relationship management capabilities, helps recruiters attract more-relevant candidates, engage and nurture targeted talent pools and more efficiently manage the application and hiring process.
