The report cites the SAP Digital Business Services organization for providing unique product expertise and a massive scale of experience with next-generation SAP products. SAP Digital Business Services was one of four service providers for SAP software the report named as a leader.

The report goes on to note that the services arm of SAP “is in a category of its own within the leading providers.”
