COLOGNE, Germany — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced it will feature innovative showcases from the SAP Customer Experience portfolio at DMEXCO, the meeting place and community for key players in digital business, marketing and innovation.
DMEXCO is held September 12–13 in Cologne, Germany.
The prototypes at SAP’s booth will demonstrate the benefits of integrating back-end processes and data into the customer dialogue for a dramatically improved experience. Specific examples will highlight how businesses can increase in-store traffic by connecting to the customer at the point of sale, tap built-in social media to shape the future of advertising, embrace usage-based billing capabilities for new subscription service and business models and integrate consumers’ emotions into real-time engagements.
- Smart Driving demonstrates usage-based billing capabilities as they relate to connected cars. This data can be used not only for billing, but also to better understand how customers are using a product, and how to deliver more relevant recommendations. This prototype reveals what mobility of the future looks like and how people will pay for it.
- Yo!Avatar is a gamification prototype using image recognition and augmented reality. The app attracts and retains customers in a playful way through personalized promotions and consistent advertising at the point of sale.
- Intelligent Engagement uses heart rate, measured by cameras, to explore how emotions and other clues can inform recommendations. The prototype demonstrates how this system can be used to provide a seamless experience between chatbots and human interaction.
