SAP Support Expands Ask an Expert Peer

Due to the positive customer feedback, SAP Support is excited to expand Ask an Expert Peer. The channel has launched at the beginning of this year for select products* and belongs to the Next-Generation Support approach. Now, this service will continue as a free limited feature trial and include more products.

Ask an Expert Peer lets you collaborate on your technical, product-related questions through one-on-one interactions with a qualified and approved expert outside of SAP. This way, you benefit from an industry-experienced perspective about your question. The channel is designed to deliver fast issue resolution for your basic inquiries and how-to questions. When you submit your question, a qualified and approved external expert works with you to resolve your issue.

Menu Change in SAP Support Portal

In the SAP Support Portal menu under My Support, we have added an entry, so you have quick access. Easily find Ask an Expert Peer next to the live channels and traditional support service options.

You can also access Ask an Expert Peer by clicking the green Ask an Expert Peer- button on the Home page of SAP Support Portal.

New Ask an Expert Peer Tile Available in SAP ONE Support Launchpad

For your easy access in SAP ONE Support Launchpad, a new Ask an Expert Peer tile is available under the “Newly Released” section of the launchpad’s tile catalog. You can add the Ask an Expert Peer tile to your My Home screen. You will be directed to the channel’s landing page.
