WALLDORF — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that the SAP Enable Now solution — a knowledge transfer solution giving users integrated in-app performance, learning and user-adoption support — will be expanding beyond SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors solutions to become an integral part of intelligent suite software supported by SAP.
SAP Enable Now helps users get the most out of their SAP solutions and adopt changes in their business processes quickly. The end-to-end platform for development and delivery of learning content combines proactive user onboarding and enablement with performance support in the moment of need.
“The nature of today’s business world means that things can change in the blink of an eye,” said Bernd Welz, executive vice president and chief knowledge officer, Knowledge and Education, SAP. “We provide a solution that enables users and professionals to acquire the specific knowledge they need right then and there to get the job done.”
With the click of a button, customers can modify the embedded learning and help content in multiple ways:
- Adapt existing contextual help, guided tours and in-app learning tutorials delivered by SAP
- Create completely new company-specific tutorials, help and training assets
- Complement learning with other content types from SAP Enable Now, for example, quizzes, rapid learning or simulations
SAP Enable Now comes with enhanced authoring, translation and content maintenance and management functionalities to ensure the lowest possible effort for content personalization. “With SAP Enable Now, we can provide a wealth of information that contains our best practices for SAP software implementations,” stated Sherry L. Murray, senior managing consultant, Enterprise Applications Transformation COE, IBM Global Business Services. “New hires as well as experienced consultants have the benefit of that documentation on the spot to support them in learning business processes in SAP software.”
In addition to this flexibility and control, the high-quality microlearning content is streamlined, meaning that SAP Enable Now functions on a role-based delivery scheme. By recommending only the learning materials that directly impact the user, this tailored approach allows for faster onboarding, adoption and continuous learning for the intelligent suite.
