Surveys for “Confirmed Automatically” Incidents

When you close an incident today on the SAP ONE Support Launchpad, you are presented with the SAP Support Interaction Survey to provide us with feedback around the handling of this incident.

With the Wave 6 release of SAP ONE Support Launchpad on August 17, you will start to receive an email with a link to the survey when your incident automatically closes. We hope you take this opportunity to provide us with feedback on your experience with that particular incident.

You can turn off these (along with various other) notifications at any time using the notification panel on SAP ONE Support Launchpad.
