SAP Africa appoints new Marketing Director 2010

JohannesburgSAP Africa has announced the appointment of Mncedisi Mayekiso to the position of Marketing Director. Mayekiso assumed his new position from January 2010 and in this role, he is responsible for driving a strategic marketing operations unit that will further build the SAP brand as a top ICT provider across the African continent.

His most recent role was as Executive Director, Marketing at Faritec Holdings, where he was responsible for designing and implementing the marketing strategy as well as leading the brand development of the Faritec Group and its subsidiaries. Prior to Faritec, Mayekiso was the Executive Director for Business Development at Enterprise Connection.

He has previously also held potions as Partner Sales Manager at Microsoft SA, and Product Marketing Manager at IBM SA.
