Faranani Sapremo awarded new SAP Active Quality Management accreditation

JohannesburgSAP Africa has announced that Faranani Sapremo has been awarded SAP’s new Active Quality Management accreditation, placing it among some of the most respected SAP All-in-One partners in the EMEA region.

“The accreditation, which was launched in July of this year, is awarded to channel partners for active quality management of their sales processes and delivery methodologies,” says Luciano Ravenna.

Faranani Sapremo currently shares this accreditation with just over 10 other partners in the entire EMEA region.

“We are obviously delighted with being awarded this new accreditation,” says Willem van Rensburg, CEO of Faranani Sapremo.

“It’s a fantastic endorsement of the hard work our team has put in over the past years and our constant drive towards delivering excellent service to our customers throughout the sales, implementation and support cycles,” he adds.

“With improved access to SAP materials, templates and processes, our efforts will strengthen even further,” he continues.

“This certification will give our customers and prospective customers another reason for choosing Faranani Sapremo as their trusted SAP implementation partner,” he says.

As a certified member of the global quality accreditation program, Faranani Sapremo will be able to help SAP customers avoid escalations, maintain profit, reduce profit dilution and improve successful delivery through the program life cycle.

In addition, the program offers a quality approach for sales processes and delivery methodologies through access to enhanced SAP channel quality templates and processes.

With a distinct focus on quality deliverables, the accreditation also helps partners improve the success of bids by providing a sales differentiator from other partners through quality wording and information as well as risk mitigation activities.

“We’re extremely proud of what has been achieved by Faranani Sapremo,” Luciano Ravenna continues, “since it proves that South Africa has some of the most committed, professionally partners in the EMEA region and is by no means lacking when it comes to high-end SAP skills.

“We would like to see Faranani Sapremo going on to set the example for our other committed channel partners, showing them just what’s possible with continued dedication and focus,” he concludes.
