SAP SuccessFactors solutions have been named the 2019 Customers’ Choice for Corporate Learning by Gartner Peer Insights. SAP was the sole company to receive this distinction.
Gartner Peer Insights is a robust enterprise IT product and service review platform that hosts more than 195,000 verified customer reviews across 320 defined markets. The platform allows customers to share information with each other in order to increase their confidence and success when purchasing new solutions for their organization.
Each year, Gartner Peer Insights selects key markets to evaluate and designate the “Customers’ Choice” distinction to top vendors in each market. Gartner evaluates each vendor based on the number of reviews and overall user ratings, and reviews go through a strict validation and moderation process in an effort to ensure they are authentic.
In addition, Gartner published a “Voice of the Customer” research report that is a synthesized view of Gartner Peer Insights’ content in a particular market for the previous year. This peer perspective, along with the individual detailed reviews, are complementary to expert research and should play a key role in the buying process.
